Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

By using KimGitti you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the service is

KimGitti is a mobile app that produces analytics about your own Instagram account. It reads your account’s follower and following lists on your own device, stores them, and shows how they change over time: who unfollowed you, who joined, who follows back, and how your posts perform.

The app takes no action on your behalf: it never follows, unfollows, likes, comments, messages, or posts.

Who may use it

Your Instagram account is your responsibility

This needs saying plainly:

No guarantee of continuity

The app depends on data that Instagram’s web interface provides. Instagram can change, restrict or remove that interface without notice. If it does, features may stop working temporarily or permanently.

We do not undertake that the service will be uninterrupted, that data will always be current, or that any particular feature will continue to exist.

Price and the Premium subscription

The core of the app is free: your follower and following counts, who you follow without a follow back, your mutuals, your growth chart and your Content Character.

KimGitti Premium is an optional subscription that shows the people behind the numbers: who unfollowed you and who joined, who does not follow you back, your fan ranking, engagement post by post, how your DNA is shifting and which themes perform, and more updates per day. Weekly, monthly and annual plans are offered; prices are shown in the app, in your store’s currency. The annual plan may come with a free trial.

Prohibited uses

We may close your account if you breach these rules.

Child safety

KimGitti gives users no way to reach one another. There is no feed, no messaging, no profile anyone else can open, and nothing you do in the app is published to another user. There is no surface here through which material could be shared.

That does not make the rule conditional. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited absolutely, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any attempt to use the app to identify, contact or target a minor, and any use of the data the app produces for those ends.

Reporting. Write to legal@kimgitti.com. That mailbox is read by a person and is the fastest route for anything urgent. You can also send a report from inside the app, under Settings → Support. It reaches the same people, but it is reviewed less often, so use the address above if the matter cannot wait.

What we do. On actual knowledge of CSAE connected to the service we act without delay: the account is terminated, the relevant data is preserved for as long as the law requires, and the matter is referred to the competent authorities. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Point of contact. legal@kimgitti.com is the contact for users, for Google, and for authorities. It reaches the person who makes these decisions.

Intellectual property

We own the app itself: its design, its code, and the name “KimGitti”. Your right to use it is a personal, non-transferable licence.

The data you analyse is your account’s data. We claim no ownership over it.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Rights granted by consumer law that cannot be limited by contract are unaffected.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Details: Delete your account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. It belongs to your store account and keeps billing. Cancel it in the store first.

We may also close your account if these terms are breached.

Our relationship to Instagram and Meta

KimGitti is not affiliated with, endorsed, approved, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., referred to here only to describe what the service does.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, where the operator is established. As a consumer, protections granted to you by the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract remain unaffected.

Changes

If we update these terms we change the date on this page, and for a meaningful change we also say so inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
